The launch of the DVD will take place on September 5th at the celebration of Freddie's 66th birthday at the Prague Hard Rock Cafe. You are all cordially invited :-) More information can be found [here](http://www.facebook.com/events/211519835643634) or simply in the news post below.



At Hard Rock Cafe, where we have already introduced ourselves several times, the leading Czech soprano Markéta Mátlová will perform with us in the song Barcelona.

With this concert we will also be ideologically involved in the annual Freddie For A Day event, whose charitable concept keeps gaining popularity every year, especially abroad.

An admission fee of CZK 100.00 is dedicated to the Czech AIDS Society – House of Light organization. Everyone will, of course, be able to contribute voluntarily above the entrance fee. During the show, there will be HAPPY HOURS for beer and besides our performance you can expect a few surprises and special guests.

We will conceive the whole event in Freddie style as it suits. Bring fake moustaches (if you are not the owner of a real one) and the brave ones can also come in extravagant costumes in the theme of Queen parties :-) Everyone wearing a stylish extravagant costume will have free entry (for inspiration: [http://youtu.be/KbqMD29qi58](http://youtu.be/KbqMD29qi58)). Imagination knows no limits..

In addition to the originally announced concert on **May 16**, **Queenie** will perform at Prague's **O2 arena** also on **May 17, 2025**.

The pair of concerts promise an exceptional musical and visual experience that will push the boundaries of the genre. The combination of **Queenie** with [Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava](https://www.jfo.cz/orchestr/profil-orchestru/) under the baton of conductor **Jan Kučera** will create a unique symphony of emotions. The audience can look forward to the timeless hits of **Queen** in a perfect harmony of rock energy and classical musical elegance.

"_Two consecutive nights on the most prestigious stage in the Czech Republic? This is again a dream come true, but at the same time a huge commitment to our fans. The combination of Queenie and the Philharmonic will offer something that is really unusual in our scene. We will have over 100 musicians on stage, so I believe that both concerts will be an unforgettable experience for the audience,_" says frontman **Michael Kluch**.

<u>The documentary showed what goes on behind the curtain</u>.

The recent premiere of the documentary "[ROAD TO THE STAGE](https://youtu.be/FNNg0VUwJic)" showcased the effort and passion behind **Queenie**'s successful concerts. The film showcased not only **QUEEN RELIVED as breathtaking show at the O2 arena**, but also the hard work, dedication and perfectionism that the band is known for.

"_We don't do anything by halves. The audience deserves a 100% show - both musically and visually. That's why we always go to the limit,_" adds **Michael Kluch**.
