A little something (not only) about ourSunday performance in Ještěd: Queenie have donated the proceeds from their album launch to AIDS patients

It really means a lot because the launch of our first DVD is a very personal matter for us. We are even happier because we were able to contribute to the good thing together with you by making this concert happen. A total of CZK 32,307 was collected! It was received in the form of a check by Petr Sobek from the Prague House of Light and will be used for HIV infection testing that is anonymous and free of charge in the House of Light. Many thanks also to our godparents Kamila Nyvltová, Ruda from Ostrava and Professor Towen, who wished all the best to our "little one".

On September 5th, it will be exactly 66 years since Freddie Mercury's birth. On this occasion, we will launch our long awaited DVD "Celebration of One Life" from last year's Queen Memoir, where Freddie's life as such was celebrated. The godfather of this event will be our friend Ruda from Ostrava.

The band Queenie will play on July 28, 2012 at the Polish Queen fans' event. It is a big honor to us, and at the same time we look forward to meeting the great local audience again. The Polish Queen Convention is similar to the Czech Queen Memorial event, and this year a leading expert, author of many books and Queen's colleague Jim Jenkins will attend. We will present a playlist similar to that of the Czech Queen Memorial 2011 to our Polish audience.
